Human Resource Development Society (HRDS) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 with the mission of empowering individuals through technical education, industrial training, and social upliftment programs.

Since its inception in the year 2001, Human Resources Development Society (HRDS) is engaged in Skill examination and Assessment of Trained Candidates at various Associated Training Institutions (ATIs). The Society also conducts skill assessment under Direct Candidate Assessment for industry experience /trained candidates. HRDS conducts skill tests for various courses in sectors like Engineering, Non-Engineering, Medical Allied, Information Technology, Soft Skill, Fashion Technology, Beautician, Accounting Etc.

Human Resources Development Society (HRDS) has a pool of qualified and experienced examiners for assessments. The High Security Certificates issued by HRDS are accepted worldwide. Certificates are verifiable through QR code or by visiting our web portal hrds.online

HRDS was approved by the Directorate of Training, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India as an Assessing Body under the Skill Development Initiative Scheme (SDI). Under the SDI Scheme, HRDS conducts examinations at approved VTPs (Vocational Training Providers) and Certificates were issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

Objectives of HRDS

HRDS is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered under the Societies Registration Act (XXI) of 1860, and it has been working in the field of manpower development and training since October 2001. Register No : 687 / 2001

Aims and objectives of the society as specified in the registered "Memorandum of Association" are as follows:

  • To work as a Non Governmental Organisation for the uplift of science and technology in India.
  • To promote scientific education and technical training to create skilled manpower for production and service industry.
  • To acquire accreditation and affiliation with Central and State Government departments, Industrial training organisations, Public and Privet Enterprises etc. and introduce joint ventures in the field of industrial training and manpower development.
  • To undertake implementation of industrial training and manpower development programs of Government organisations.
  • To prepare curriculum and syllabus for short term and long term training programs in technological studies.
  • To publish books, Newspapers and other periodicals.
  • To establish and run educational and job oriented institutions.
  • To give affiliation to other institutions to conduct training programs implemented by the society.
  • To conduct examinations and test papers for students who has completed various training programs of the society.
  • To issue certificate for those who have successfully completed the training programs.
  • To promote developmental activities of the affiliate institutions.
  • To assist affiliate institutions for improvement of facilities and training standards.
  • To establish scholarship and stipend for eligible students.
  • To introduce and develop new technologies.
  • To collect information and data of advancement in the field of science and technology.
  • To undertake studies and research in the filed of science and technology.
  • To undertake seminars and study tours to create awareness in the field of science and technology.
  • To take necessary steps to create awareness and attract unemployed youths to the possibilities in the field of science and technology.
  • To help unemployed youths to start self employment projects in the field of small scale and cottage industries.
  • To establish social welfare schemes and funds.
  • To establish social service institutions like Hospitals, Shelters for neglected children, Cultural centres, Public utility centers etc.
  • To undertake any other activities as decided by the general body of the society from time to time.
  • To take such other lawful actions as may be conductive to the attainment of any or all of the above objects.
